TruPhyx exists to bring clarity to maintenance — across every decision in its lifecycle. The decisions that determine whether a maintenance event succeeds or fails are made long before any wrench turns: diagnosing what's wrong, planning what to do, scheduling when to do it, coordinating who executes it, estimating its cost, analyzing why things fail, and preparing for what comes next. At every one of these decisions, the people on the technical side hold knowledge the people on the financial and operational side do not. Contractors and specialists hold the technical knowledge. Owners and operators hold the responsibility. The gap between these two positions shapes what gets fixed, what doesn't, what it costs, who profits, and ultimately what works. TruPhyx is built to close that gap across the entire lifecycle — not by replacing expertise, but by making it accessible to the people who carry the responsibility, at every decision point that matters.

Founder;

TruPhyx is led by Robert Mickle, a Texas Gulf Coast maintenance professional whose career spans more than four decades in industrial and commercial maintenance disciplines. His work has covered pipefitting, turnaround planning, scheduling, coordination, and maintenance systems consulting at major petrochemical operations across the Gulf Coast, plus commercial facility planning across hospitals, office buildings, retail, and hospitality properties. The depth of that hands-on operational knowledge — across the trades that do the work, the disciplines that coordinate it, and the systems that govern it — is the foundation TruPhyx is built on.

Philosophy;

We believe maintenance is too important to be opaque. The systems people own — homes, buildings, industrial facilities — carry consequences too significant, dollars too substantial, and safety stakes too high for decisions to be made in the dark. Better information produces better decisions. Better decisions produce better outcomes. And better outcomes build the kind of trust that maintenance markets have largely been missing for generations.
